በታይላንድ ላይ ያለው የጉዞ እገዳ ከተነሳ በኋላ የህክምና እና የጤና ቱሪዝም ጉዞ የሚፈቀድ ይሆናል። ይሁን እንጂ በታይላንድ ህክምናቸውን ማድረግ የሚፈልጉ በሽተኞች በቅድሚያ ከቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል ጋር በመገናኘትና የሚከተሉትን ዶክመንቶች ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

  • ሜዲካል ሰርተፊኬት/ ሜዲካል ሪፖርት/ “መብረር እንደሚችሉ የህክምና ማረጋገጫ (Fit to Fly)”
  • የፓስፖርት ኮፒ (ከ6 ወር ያላነሰ የአገልግሎት ጊዜ ያለው) (የታካሚውና ያስታማሚው)
  • ከታካሚው ጋር ያላቸውን ዝምድና የሚገልፅ ዶክመንት በእንግሊዘኛ የተተረጎመ (የቤት ምዝገባ ኮፒ፣ የጋብቻ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የልደት ሰርተፊኬት፣ ወ.ዘ.ተ.)

አስፈላጊ የሆኑ ዶክመንቶችና መረጃወችን ከላኩልን በኋላ ቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን አገልግሎቶች በ48 ሰዓት ውስጥ የምናመቻችልዎና ድጋፍ የምንሰጥዎ ይሆናል።

  • የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ (Invitation letter)
  • የቅድመ ቀጠሮ ወረቀት
  • የጉዞ ምክሮችና ማሳሰቢያወች
  • ከአየር መንገድ ወደ ሆስፒታል የሚወስድ ነፃ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት
  • ሌሎች ምቹ አገልግሎቶች

ቪዛ ለማመልከትና የመግቢያ ሰርተፊኬት ለማግኘት አስፈላጊ ዶክመንቶች

ቪዛ በሚያመለክቱበት ወቅት ታካሚው ከታች የተዘረዘሩትን አስፈላጊ ዶክመንቶች ማዘጋጀት ይኖርበታል:

  • የቪዛ ማመልከቻ ፎርም (የተሞላ) (ለታካሚውና ላስታማሚው)
  • ወደ ታይላንድ ለህክምና ለመግባት እንዲፈቀድልዎ የሚጠይቅ የማመልከቻ ደብዳቤ
    • የታይላንድ በሽታ ቁጥጥር መመሪያወችን ለማክበር እንዲሁም ሆስፒታል ላይ የ14 ቀን ኳራንቲን ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ መስማማትዎትን የሚገልፅ
    • ታይላንድ የሚቆዩበትን ምክንያት በመግለፅ
  • የሁሉም አመልካቾች የቅርብ ጊዜ ፎቶግራፍ (4×6 ሳ.ሜ.)
  • ፓስፖርት (ከ6 ወር ያላነሰ የአገልግሎት ጊዜ ያለው) (የታካሚውና ያስታማሚው)
  • ከቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ
  • ሜዲካል ሰርተፊኬት / ሜዲካል ሪፖርት / መብረር እንደሚችሉ የህክምና ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት
  • የኮረና ምርመራ ውጤት (ኔጋቲቭ ነው/ አያሳይም የሚል)
  • የጉዞ ሜዲካል ኢንሹራንስ (Medical Travel Insurance) (100,000 የአሜሪካን ዶላር/በ1ሰው)(ታካሚውም ሆን አስታማሚው ያስፈልጋቸዋል)
  • የፋይናንሺያል አቅም የሚያሳዩ ዶክመንቶች (ለምሳሌ የባንክ ስቴትመንት፣ የፋይናንሻል ዋስትና ደብዳቤወዘተ.)
  • አብረው ለሚመጡ አስታማሚዎች የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ(Affidavit of Support Letter) (ከ3 ሰው መብለጥየለበትም)
  • ከታካሚው ጋር ያላቸውን ዝምድና የሚገልፅ ዶክመንት በእንግሊዘኛ የተተረጎመ (የቤት ምዝገባ ቁጥር፣የጋብቻ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የልደት ሰርተፊኬት፣ ወዘተ.)
  • የበረራ ትኬት ኮፒ የበረራ ቁጥር፣ ቀን እና ሰዓት በግልፅ የሚታይ (የታካሚውና ያስታማሚው)

ማስታወሻ፡ የቆንስላ ፅ/ቤት ኦፊሰሩ አስፈላጊ ነው ብሎ ካመነ ተጨማሪ ዶክመንቶችን የመጠየቅ መብት እንዳለው ማስታወስ አለብዎት ።

የማረጋገጫ ደብዳቤ ለማግኘት የሚያስፈልጉ ዶክመንቶች

አንዴ ቪዛ እና የመግቢያ ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ከተሰጠዎት በኋላ ታካሚው የአማራጭ ሆስፒታል ኳራንታይን እናየቀጠሮ ወረቀት ለማግኘት ከበረራ ቀን በፊት 72 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ዶክመንቶች ለቬጅታኒሆስፒታል መላክ ይኖርበታል።

  • ሜዲካል ሰርተፊኬት/ ሜዲካል ሪፖርት/ “መብረር እንደሚችሉ የህክምና ማረጋገጫ (Fit to Fly)”

ታይላንድ በሚደርሱበት ሰዓት የሚያስፈልጉ ዶክመንቶች

ታይላንድ እንደደረሱ ታካሚውም ሆነ አስታማሚው በሙቀት መለያው በኩል ማለፍ እንዲሁም ከታች የተዘረዘሩትን ዶክመንቶች ማቅረብ ይኖርብወታል፦

● የመግቢያ ሰርተፊኬት
● ሜዲካል ሰርተፊኬት / ሜዲካል ሪፖርት / መብረር እንደሚችሉ ማረጋገጫ የጤና ሰርተፊኬት (Fit to Fly) (ከበረራ በፊት ባሉት 72 ሰዓት ውስጥ የተሰጠ)
● ሜዲካል ሰርተፊኬት ከኮረና ምርመራ ውጤት ጋር (ኔጋቲቭ ነው/አያሳይም የሚል) (ከበረራ በፊት ባሉት 72 ሰዓት ውስጥ የተሰጠ)

ታካሚው ከደንበኞች መዳረሻ በር ቁጥር 10 ላይ ከሚገኘው የቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል ቢሮ በመምጣት እኛን ማግኘት ይችላል። ወደ ሆስፒታል ጉዞ ከማድረጋችን በፊት የሁሉም ሙቀት ይለካል ከ37.5 ዲግሪ ሴልሺየስ ካልበለጠ ታካሚው በነፃ ትራንስፖርት ወደ ሆስፒታል ይላካል።

ቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል እንደደረሱ ታካሚውም ሆነ አስታማሚው ከሆስፒታሉ የኮሮና ምርመራ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል። ውጤቱ ኔጋቲቭ ወይም የማያሳይ ከሆነ ታካሚው ቢያንስ ለ14 ቀን ህክምናውን እየወሰደ ኳራንቲን ውስጥ ይቆያል አስታማሚውም በተመሳሳይ። በቬጅታኒ ሆስፒታል ቆይታዎ ልዩ ስልጠና በወሰደ የህክምና ቡድን ልዩ ድጋፍና የጤናዎትን ጉዳይም ሆነ ሌሎች ፍላጎትወትን በተመለከተ አስፈላጊወን እንክብካቤ ይደረግልወታል።

በቬጂታኒ ሆስፒታል የኳራንቲን ጊዜዎን ከጨረሱ በኋላ የሚከተሉትን ዶክመንቶች እንሰጥዎታለን:

  • የኳራንታይን ሰርተፊኬት
  • የግል የህክምና መዝገቦችን / ጨርሰው ሲወጡ ማጠቃለያ

  • ትኩሳት (የሰውነት ሙቀታቸው ከ 37.5 ዲግሪ ሴንቲግሬድ በላይ) የሆኑ ሰዎች 
  • ሳል ፣ የጉሮሮ ቁስለት ፣ ከአፍንጫ የሚወጣ ፈሳሽ እንዲሁም የትንፋሽ ማጠር የመሳሰሉትን ከመተንፈሻ አካላት ህመም ጋር ተያያዥነት ያላቸውን ምልክቶች የሚያሳዩ ሰዎች
  • የበሽታውን ምልክት ከማሳየቱ ከ14 ቀናት በፊት የበሽታው ስርጭት በስፋት ከተስተዋለባቸው ሃገራት (ቻይና፣ ሆንግ ኮንግ ፣ ማካው ፣ ታይዋን ፣ ሲንጋፖር ፣ ጃፓን ፣ ደቡብ ኮሪያ ፣ ጣሊያን እና ኢራን) ተጉዞ የነበረ ከሆነ ወይም ወደ እነዚህ ሃገራት ከተጓዘ ሰው ጋር በአንድ ቤት ዉስጥ አብሮ የሚኖሩ ሰዎች

የቅድመ መከላከል እቅድ 

1.      ወደ ሆስፒታሉ የሚመጡ ሰዎች በሙሉ በቴርሞስካን መሳሪያ የታገዘ የሰውነት ሙቀት ምርመራ እንዲደረግላቸው ያመች ዘንድ በግራውንድ ፍሎር ላይ የሚገኘው (ድንገተኛ ክፍል አጠገብ) የፊት ለፊት በር ብቻ ወደ ውስጥ ለሚገቡም ሆነ ወደ ውጪ ለሚወጡ ደምበኞች አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ይሆናል

  • መኪና ምድር ቤት(Basement) በሚገኘው የመኪና ማቆሚያ ስፍራ የሚጠቀሙ ተገልጋዮች ወደ ሆስፒታሉ ለመግባት በግራውንድ ፍሎር በሚገኘው በር በኩል እንዲጠቀሙ ይደረጋል
  • በተጨማሪም መኪናቸውን በ 2ኛ ፤ 3ኛ እና 4ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኙ የፓርኪንግ ስፍራዎች ላይ ለሚያቆሙ ተገልጋዮች ሆስፒታሉ በየፎቆቹ ላይ ታካሚዎቹ ከመኪናቸው እንደወረዱ ወደ ተገቢው መግቢያ በር የሚያጓጉዙ መኪኖች ተዘጋጅተዋል

2. በበሽታው ተይዘዋል ተብለው ለሚጠረጠሩ ሰዎች በተለይም የሰውነት ሙቀታቸው ከፍተኛ የሆኑ እና ከመተንፈሻ አካላት ችግር ምልክቶችን ለሚያሳዩ ታካሚዎች የተዘጋጀ በሰለጠኑ ባለሙያዎች የሚመራ ልዩ ክሊኒክ

3. በበሽታው ለተጠረጠሩ ሰዎች ብቻ መገልገያነት የሚውሉ አሳንስሮች (ሊፍቶች)
